Reporters learned from Sichuan Bureau of Expo Affairs that on the just ending 51st International Paris Airshow, Deyang Municipal Government has signed cooperation framework agreement with Famborough International and EU Project Innovation Center to jointly create a brand new international airshow, namely Sichuan International Airshow.

    Sichuan International Airshow will be a biennial one with the first to be held in Deyang in September 2017. The airshow will last for 5 days, including 3 professional days and 2 days for public. It is planned that 60 static airplanes to be displayed and approximately 70 airplanes to be involved in performance. The airshow concentrates on displaying civil and commercial aviation, manufacturing, maintenance and supporting services, indicating the rapid growth of international business in Sichuan area and providing opportunities for global aviation enterprises to join into Chinese aviation supply chain.
