On October 8th, Sichuan International Exhibition Co., Ltd. signed cooperation agreement with Korea International Exhibition Center. They would work together to create Stylish life exhibitions in Chengdu in the following 4 years. The 1st Stylish Life Exhibition will be held in 16th Western China International Fair in October 2016.

　　As early as the end of 2013, Sichuan International Exhibition Co., Ltd. inspected and contacted with Korea International Exhibition Center in Seoul. The cooperation sprouted since then. In April, Korea International Exhibition Center also visited Sichuan in 2015 and cooperation intention was initially formed.

　　In recent two years, after repeated research and demonstration, they reached consensus concerning cooperation. The signing of cooperation agreement marked that Korea International Exhibition Center officially enters into Chinese market, expands the cooperation fields of exhibition between China and South Korea. The market in western China region has further opened for South Korean consumption market based on the platform of the Stylish Life Exhibition.

　　President of Korea International Exhibition Center told reporters that as the kernel city of Western China Development strategy, Chengdu had resource and personnel advantages and sound relevant supporting exhibition facilities. “We believe that in the future Chengdu will become the kernel city driving China's economic growth.”

　　South Korea government and many South Korean enterprises also attach much importance on the development of Chengdu. China-Korea Enterprise Forum held in Chengdu in May, 2015. Consul General of the Republic of Korea in Chengdu revealed that the reason why the forum was held in Chengdu was the most active response from South Korean entrepreneurs intending to extend market in Chengdu.

　　Mr. Fu Wendong, deputy managing general manager of Sichuan International Exhibition Co., Ltd., introduced that the 1st Stylish Life Exhibition covering an area of 20,000 square meters will display stylish new products and boutiques in fields of housing design, housing decoration, wedding ceremony, children supplies, beauty salon, clothing, coffee, roasting, retail chain and so on from China, South Korea and other countries. Meanwhile, the exhibition will also invite domestic and foreign professional audiences to attend one-to-one negotiation with the enterprises.
