Sichuan Tea Brands Were Popular in Hong Kong and Macao
Recently, 58 Sichuan agricultural enterprises exhibited in Hong Kong and Macao with special high quality agricultural products. In 7 days they received 60,000 professional buyers and citizens with 150 million yuan of formal contracts, 560 million yuan of intention contracts, and on site sales of 300,000 yuan.
Sichuan Provincial Agricultural Department together with Chengdu Municipal People's Government, Ya'an Municipal People's Government, Sichuan Tea Brand Promotion Association headed for Hong Kong and Macao to develop agricultural and economic activities. During the activity, Sichuan agricultural delegates attended 2015 Hong Kong International Tea Expo and Food Fair and held Sichuan Chengdu Special Agricultural Product Promotion. Sichuan delegates was the largest scale of exhibition unit at Hong Kong International Tea Expo. Sichuan Tea Brand Promotion Association made its debut. Well-known tea enterprises, including Ya'an Tibetan Tea and so on, became the highlight based on cultures and healthy elements. Besides, vegetables, fruits and other special agricultural products from 21 Sichuan agricultural enterprises were quite popular.
Sichuan and Hong Kong Trade Development Council jointly held Sichuan Quality Tea Special Promotion, Ya'an and Sichuan Tea Brand Special Promotion, Tea Industrial Development and Exchange Forum, E-Commerce Entrepreneurs Dialogue, Entrepreneur Talk, On Site Contract Singing Between Exhibitors and Purchasers and so on, and discussed cooperation with tea associations, tea ceremony associations, and chambers of commerce of Hong Kong.
Sichuan Provincial Agricultural Department also signed Cooperation Agreement of Feasibility Research of Sichuan Food Supplying for Macao with the Civic and Municipal Affairs Bureau of Macao, signifying that the agricultural exchange and cooperation between Sichuan and Macao based on vegetable supplying and selling cooperation had achieved substantive progress. In October, Sichuan ecological vegetables would be expected to be served on the table of Macao citizens.
