On August 19th, reporters learned from the Press Conference of the 2nd Sichuan International Travel Expo that this expo would be held in Leshan from September 24th to 26th. Currently, there are 35 nations and regions and 441 purchaser groups (traveling salemen) intending to participate into the expo.
 
　　The main activities of this expo include Emei Summit Forum, Experiencing Sichuan Excellent Travel Routes, Major Tourism Project Contract Signing and so on. Meanwhile, 5th China Sichuan International Martial Arts Festival, Round China International Highway Recycling Completion (Leshan Section), Sichuan Tourism Vocational Skill Competition, Sichuan Provincial Tourism Commodity Design Competition and so on will also be held.
 
　　This expo will also launch 4 excellent tourism routes represented by Mount Emei, Mount Qingcheng, Jiuzhai Valley, Huanglong, and so on, and invite foreign buyers from Europe, America, Japanese, South Korea and so on and domestic purchasers from more developed regions to experience tourism service of Sichuan. The tourism product exhibition area amounts to 66,000 square meters, including Sichuan Hall, One Belt and One Road Hall, Tourism Product Exhibition Region, One-to-One Business Negotiation Region, and International Modern Art Exhibition Region.
